Change/Cancel Reservation
- Individual reservations can be changed or canceled until 11:00 AM, 3 days prior to the program date.
- Group reservations can be changed or canceled up to 7 days prior to the program date.
- For foundation-supported programs, please contact us via KakaoTalk chat or call Museum Kimchikan for changes/cancellations after the 3-day mark. Note that re-reservation is not allowed for 6 months from the experience date.
