Museum Kimchikan is located in the center of Insa-dong Cultural Street. 
It is on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the Insa-dong Maru building.

Museum Kimchikan is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Tuesday through Sunday.
Ticket sale is closed 30 minutes before the museum’s closing hour.
The museum is closed on Mondays, New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year’s Day holidays, Chuseok holidays, and Christmas.

Yes. Museum Kimchikan is open on Saturdays and Sundays.

It is difficult to enter Insa-dong Cultural Street by car. 
Please use public transportation or nearby public parking lots.
The nearest parking lot is ‘Seoinsa-Madang’ Public Parking lot.

A professional curator at the Museum Kimchikan provides docent guide at regular hours each day. 
Four times a day (11:00 / 14:00 / 15:00 / 16:00).
Please note that docent guide is provided only when there are at least 10 visitors who want to hear the guide.
If you want to request exhibition guide at hours other than the above regular hours, please call and make reservation at least three days prior to your visit.
